How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Patriot Arms and Supply strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Part of our commitment to you is our generous return policy. We understand that sometimes a product isn't right for you, doesn't perform the way you expected, or is no longer needed.

Patriot Arms and Supply accepts unused and unaltered items in original packaging and condition for a period of 60 days from the ship date for a full refund, credit or exchange. After 60 days, we will offer an exchange or credit on your Patriot Arms and Supply account for the purchase price with proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the directions below to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner.

  • Include your original packing slip with your return. (Keep a copy for your records.)
  • All returns within 60 days of purchase will be processed as a Patriot Arms and Supply account credit.
  • Returns greater than 365 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted by Patriot Arms and Supply
  • Ship your postage paid package via UPS or USPS. We recommend insurance and signature confirmation. If we don't receive the return, we can't process your refund, credit, or exchange.
  • Return all items in original condition (and in original packaging if possible) to: Patriot Arms and Supply, 1115 Gilreath Mill Road, Cloudland, GA 30731

Canceled Order Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

  • If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

  • Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
